Hiya Fawnlings!

I spent the weekend down at the coast with the family. There were cliff explorations and breathtaking views where the water and the sky blurred until you couldnt tell where the ocean ended and the sky began. There were rock pools, crabs, washed up bird bodies, sea gull feasts and human feasts. I spent many hours body surfing and rockpool treasure hunting.

On the Sunday afternoon my grandpa had the urge to go skydiving (jumping out of an aeroplane at over 150m in the sky - eek!) and would have, if my grandma hadn't said that she didn't want to take a body back to Japan. My mum even went and inquired if he could and apparently there's no age limit!

I'm taking on my grandpa's wild adventurous spirit and taking small jumps here and there out of my comfort zone this year. I'm not sure if it's quite 150 meteres worth but we'll get there!
